SALES LEADERSHIP EFFECTIVENESS INDEX

Great leaders keep updating themselves.

SLEI is a leadership diagnostic built so the leader recognises themselves in the report. Seven dimensions. 28 questions. 10–12 minutes. Results come back as thinking patterns and archetypes — not grades — then turn into development in an ARC debrief.

We read the thinking, not the behaviour
Take the assessment

Five phases, one sequence.

THE SLEI PROCESS · 01 — 05
Visualise

Before anything, we show what great looks like. Leaders must recognise and believe in the framework — then agree to be read by it.

Assess

28 questions, four per dimension, on a 7-point scale. Reverse-scored items catch the gap between self-image and actual pattern.

Mirror

Results come back as dimension patterns and one primary archetype — not a grade. The report is written to be recognised, not obeyed.

Debrief

ARC-led, 1:1, never automated. The moment insight becomes language — and language becomes a commitment.

Reassess

The same structure, later. Snapshot, not verdict — built to be re-taken as conditions, teams, and pressure shift.

WHAT WE OBSERVE

Seven dimensions. Two layers. One full picture.

Application is what the leader does in the room. Foundation is the psychology underneath it. Under pressure, the symptom surfaces in Application — the cause lives in Foundation.

D1 · APPLICATION
Clarity Under Pressure
Does my mind stay clear when it’s hard?
D2 · APPLICATION
Execution Rhythm & Inspection
Do I hold the standard when it’s uncomfortable?
D5 · APPLICATION
Talent Instinct
Do I genuinely invest in people’s potential?
D6 · APPLICATION
Team Energy & Culture
Do I create conditions for others to thrive?
D3 · FOUNDATION
Coaching Conviction
Do I build others or carry it myself?
D4 · FOUNDATION
Transparency & Courage
Do I say the thing that needs to be said?
D7 · FOUNDATION
Recovery & Sustainable Performance
Do I model what sustainable leadership looks like?
HOW WE READ THE PATTERN

Eight archetypes. Not labels — starting points for dialogue.

From the seven-dimension pattern we derive one primary archetype, up to two secondary signals, and one strength signature. None of them is fixed — each is a starting point for the debrief.

A1
Steady Performer
Plateau is the risk
A2
High Drive / Low Recovery
Running on empty
A3
Hero Seller / Weak Multiplier
Identity shift pending
A4
Standard-Dropper
The bar drifts quietly
A5
Peacekeeper
Warmth without rigour
A6
Lone Wolf Leader
Results live in the leader
A7
Strategy-Strong / Cadence-Weak
Clear thinker, inconsistent executor
A8
Development Opportunity
Foundational work first
