The Concept

SLEI measures seven dimensions of leadership practice across two layers — Application and Foundation — to identify operating patterns and development priorities.

The Assessment

A focused 15-20 minute diagnostic using a structured scale. Designed for minimal disruption and maximum signal.

The Interpretation

Scores are analyzed across dimensions to identify strengths, areas for development, and leadership archetypes that describe common operating patterns.

The Program

Results connect to structured debriefs, training recommendations, and reassessment cycles. SLEI is an intervention system, not a one-time test.

Privacy & Governance

Individual results are confidential. Sponsor-level reporting is fully anonymized. SLEI is a development tool and is never used for hiring, promotion, or performance evaluation decisions.
